What our recruitment process looks like

• The first step is to send your CV, your portfolio and a short motivation
• Introductory interview with direct colleague and manager, in which there is also plenty of room for your questions
• If you feel good during the first meeting, we would like to introduce you to a number of colleagues at our office so that we can find out whether there is a mutual match
