Quadrant4 was commissioned by HBC - a collaboration between HVBM Vastgoed and Bruil Bouw Groep - to design the new fresh distribution center of PLUS in Deventer.
In addition, we provide sustainability advice with an ambition of BREEAM Excellent****. Together with HBC and PLUS, we strive to deliver a future-inclusive building that meets the highest and most recent sustainability requirements and wishes.
The expected delivery is spring 2024.
